Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the DoeZ subscription programme (“Subscription” or “Service”). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

“DoeZ”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to DoeZ Ltd, New Zealand.

2. How the Subscription Works

A DoeZ subscription allows you to receive recurring deliveries of selected DoeZ products at the frequency you choose (e.g., every 4 weeks, 6 weeks or 8 weeks). Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.

When you sign up, you authorise us to automatically charge your selected payment method at each renewal cycle.

3. Subscription Benefits

Subscribers may receive:


  • Preferential pricing and/or discounted rates

  • Priority access to stock

  • Automated deliveries at your chosen frequency

Benefits may change over time, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

4. Billing & Payment

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:


  • Your nominated payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal cycle.

  • Prices may change from time to time. If they do, you’ll be notified at least 14 days before your next billing date.

  • All charges are in NZD or as otherwise displayed at checkout.

  • Failed payments may result in paused deliveries until updated payment details are provided.

5. Subscription Renewals

Your subscription renews automatically at the frequency you selected.
You will receive an email reminder before each charge is processed.

6. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer portal, including:


  • Changing your delivery frequency

  • Updating your shipping address

  • Updating your payment method

  • Skipping an order

  • Adding products to your subscription

We encourage customers to log in and make changes at least 48 hours before their next scheduled billing date.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer portal.

To avoid being charged for your next renewal, cancellations must be completed before your upcoming billing date.

Any orders already processed or dispatched before cancellation cannot be refunded.

8. Refunds & Returns

Subscription purchases follow our standard Refund & Returns Policy.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds.

Subscription payments already processed are not refundable unless required under NZ consumer law.

9. Shipping

Subscription orders are shipped using the same delivery methods and timeframes as standard orders.
Shipping rates will be applied at checkout and may change if courier fees increase.

10. Pause or Skip

You may pause your subscription or skip an upcoming order at any time through your customer account.

11. Product Availability

While we make every effort to maintain consistent supply, all products are subject to availability.
If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you and adjust your next billing/delivery date accordingly.

12. Modifications to the Service

DoeZ may update or modify the subscription programme from time to time.
We will give reasonable notice of any material changes.
