Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand between the hours of 10.00 – 3.00 PM, Monday to Friday.  While we try to ship orders the same day, please allow up to 36 hours for your order to be dispatched.  If we are unable to dispatch your order within the timeframe, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated at checkout and will be consistent with current New Zealand wide courier and postal charges offered by DoeZ’s distribution providers.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, please make sure a physical address is entered on your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we can ship only to certain countries. Please contact us directly to see if we can assist at hello@doez.nz

All our International shipping prices will differ depending on the destination. Shipping prices will be calculated at check out.
